Industry expert to lead deep tech startup into next phase of growth and innovation

Valencia, Spain, (12/09/2024) – iPronics, a leading deep tech startup reconfigurable photonics, today announced the appointment of Christian Dupont as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Christian brings over 30 years of experience in high-tech business & developing strategy to iPronics. His appointment comes at a crucial time as the company prepares to launch its first optical switch for AI clusters and datacenter applications. This product is based on software-defined integrated photonics and will enable flexible optical networking while reducing system cost, power consumption & latency.

Prior to joining iPronics, Christian served as Texas Instruments Wireless General Manager in USA & Europe and was CEO of several Optical MEMS startups. Christian Dupont holds a Master of Engineering from the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL).
