This legal notice (hereinafter, the “Legal Notice“) governs the use of the website https://ipronics.com/ as well as all subdomains and directories included therein (hereinafter, collectively referred to as the “Website“).

In compliance with Spanish Law 34/2002, of July 11, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and the applicable legislation on electronic commerce that develops or complements it, we inform you that this Website is owned by Ipronics Programmable Photonics, S.L. 2. User and Conditions of Use
This Website is governed by Spanish law, to which all natural or legal persons who access the Site (hereinafter, the “User“), whether national or foreign, expressly submit.
The information contained on the Website refers to the services offered by iPronics in accordance with the regulations in force in Spain. This information is for illustrative and informational purposes only and in no way constitutes any obligation for Users.
Access to the Website by any User is free and is conditioned on the prior full, express, and unconditional acceptance of the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy applicable at the time of access to the Website.
All users undertake to carefully read both the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy. By using the Website or its contents or services, Users expressly accept and submit to the provisions of the Legal Notice and the Privacy Policy and declare and warrant that they will make proper use of the Website in accordance with the laws, good faith, public order, traffic customs, and this Legal Notice. Therefore, their use, reproduction, transmission, transformation, modification, distribution, public communication, provision, extraction, reuse, exploitation, or any other use by the User is totally prohibited, except in cases where it is legally permitted or expressly authorized in writing by iPronics, or as provided in these Terms of Use.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, iPronics grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to Users to use the Website and its functionalities, content, and other available functions, subject to the rest of the Website’s Legal Notice and applicable regulations.
The User has the right only to make private and non-commercial use of the contents, texts, and images included on the Website, without profit, and must obtain express authorization from iPronics and/or, where appropriate, from the corresponding rights holder to modify, reproduce, exploit, distribute, or exercise any rights belonging to its owner.
The User acknowledges and accepts that the use of the Website does not imply the transfer of any industrial or intellectual property rights from iPronics to the User, nor does it constitute any authorization for the creation of derivative developments from the Website, except for the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and free license granted to Users of the Website in accordance with these Terms of Use.

All Users must access the Website in accordance with good faith, applicable law, public order, the Legal Notice, and the Privacy Policy. Specifically, the User undertakes not to use iPronics’ contents and services or the Website to, among others:

(d) Violate industrial or intellectual property rights (copyright and related rights, domain names, trademarks, trade names, industrial designs, etc.), as well as violate the confidentiality of iPronics’ or third parties’ information and personal data protection rights.
(e) Impersonate another User, Public Administrations, or any third parties.
(f) Reproduce, transmit, copy, distribute, make available, or otherwise publicly communicate, extract, reuse, transform, modify, or economically exploit the contents, unless authorized by the owner of the corresponding rights or as legally permitted.
(g) Collect data for advertising purposes and send advertising of any kind and communications for sale or other commercial purposes without prior request or consent.
(h) Use the Website, or any part thereof, on other private or commercial websites, as well as commercial use of the Website; or establish hyperlinks or hyperlinks to the Website or any of its contents (except with express written authorization from iPronics), refraining from making false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements about iPronics, or including illicit content, contrary to morality, good customs, and public order.
(i) Any other activities contrary to the current Law, these Terms of Use, morality, good customs, or established public order, or for illegal, prohibited, or harmful purposes to the rights and interests of iPronics or third parties.
Access to the Website is carried out under the sole and exclusive responsibility of the User, who will be liable in any case for damages that may be caused to third parties or iPronics.
Users will be responsible for damages of any kind that iPronics may suffer as a result of the User’s breach of any of the obligations established in this Legal Notice or the Privacy Policy. Likewise, the User will hold iPronics harmless against any sanction, claim, or demand that may be filed by a third party, including any public bodies, against iPronics, its representatives, or employees as a result of the violation of any rights of third parties or any applicable regulations by such User through the use of the Website in a manner contrary to that provided in this Legal Notice.
iPronics reserves the right to block or restrict access to certain services of the Website to any User who breaches these Terms of Use, third-party rights, or applicable legislation.
5. Service and Warranty Exclusions. Liability.
a. Exclusions
While iPronics makes all reasonably necessary efforts to ensure that the information and content available on the Website are up-to-date and that the Website is available at all times, it cannot guarantee that such information will be up-to-date at all times and free from errors, nor can it guarantee fast and uninterrupted use thereof. In any case, such information should be considered as general and for informational purposes only, so iPronics cannot guarantee the completeness, suitability, accuracy, timeliness, validity, or integrity of this information.
In particular, but without limitation, iPronics excludes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, any liability for damages of any kind arising from the following cases:

D. User Guarantees
